I went to Greece this past summer with my girl friend. Greece is an amazing country. It’s beautiful in so many ways and the people are very friendly. Crete was a gorgeous island that I recommend as a “must-see” for the Greece traveler. We went all over the country for two weeks and saw enormous volumes of art. Besides being such a great learning experience, it was a wonderful way to get to know the people in other country and to learn more about a foreign country.
Greece ranks as one of the most beautiful places in the world. We went in June, it was hot, but not unbearable (low humidity?)... Spent a few days in Heraklion then we took a short cruise around of the islands and in finaly go to another island Santoriny. Mykonos was the greatest! So picturesque and relaxing.
